Dear Students, welcome to your class blog, Here you will find the resources for you to start working on your writing. The objective of this course is to enhance your ability to produce academic texts in English. This will boost your confidence and understanding of the skills and strategies to build different types of texts in a foreign language. We will begin with a small experiment. We will develop a descriptive text based on your hometown. First I am going to ask you to select 3 pictures from the Internet that best describe where you live. Post 5, My future job. How do you imagine it? - Outdoors /indoors? - Would you like to travel a lot in your job? - What about the salary? - What major are you studying / are you thinking of taking?
